Everything on the day was great, I really appreciated that when there were problems (like me forgetting to drop off the seating plan or us running over time with the photos!) you managed to resolve things without stressing me or Pete out. It’s a credit to you that you remain calm and are able to speak to the appropriate person to ensure everything carries on and we could enjoy the day. Everyone said that our wedding was the best they had been to and we have had so many compliments, we couldn’t have asked for anything else.

Polly’s level of service is extraordinary, in particular the fact that she never said ‘no’ to any of my requests. If something wasn’t possible she suggested alternative solutions but most of the time she was just excited about our ideas – from teacups to photo booths and cheese cakes! Even when I phoned the day before the wedding to ask if we could put 10 people on an 8 person table you said that you could ‘make it work somehow’!

I honestly can’t fault the service we received from Polly.

In particular, Pete and I appreciated the way you were upfront with us regarding costs from the start, whenever there was a quote from a supplier or a cost related to the venue we always knew where we stood so that when the final invoice came there were no surprises and we were able to budget for the wedding accurately. Thank you for a day we will always remember, we wouldn’t have changed anything and can’t wait to see the photos!"
