• Consultations with you to indicate style, budget, pre-conceived ideas about your wedding day.
• Researching appropriate suppliers, venues etc, providing a shortlist of options available and prices. (If you are not based in the Wairarapa full colour photo/ video tours will be provided for you to visualise the suppliers available.)
• Liaising, booking and later confirming suppliers. Ensuring all aspects of your wedding are covered.
• Working with you to decide on a theme, if required by you, incorporating this into venue, stationery, table settings and where necessary.
• Weekly (or more if necessary) updates of planning progress.
• Providing a budget planner and working to a budget.
• Advising when deposits and final balances are due.
• Providing a detailed planning timetable.
• Regular consultations with suppliers either on your behalf or with you.
• Ensuring invitations/ save the date cards are sent out on time.
• Working with you to check RSVPs from guests and keep a list of numbers attending and special requirements of any guests.
• Advising on seating and floor plans at venue.
• Providing a detailed timetable for Bridal party and other necessary parties (Entertainment/ MC etc).
• Rehearse journey to ensure travel arrangements and times are correct.
• Advising on speeches, toasts and any other aspects of the day.
• Advising on wedding etiquette and hosting your wedding day.
• Advising on photos and Working alongside your photographer to ensure particular guests are available for photos.
• Co-ordinating any music for ceremony (if needed).
• Availability of wedding planner for week before the wedding.
• Attendance and assistance at wedding rehearsal and on wedding day.
• Assisting in any unforeseen circumstances on wedding day to ensure no disruption to Bridal Party.
• On wedding day liaising with MC/ Suppliers.
• Overseeing all suppliers ensuring the Bridal Party and guests are being well looked after.
• Advising of local accommodation for Bride and Groom and Guests
• If you are based overseas, applying for marriage license.
• Return any hired items the next day whilst you continue to enjoy wedding festivities or your honeymoon.
• Ensuring the Bride and Groom enjoy a fantastic, stress free wedding experience.
